Artwork & Design
Screen Printing
Artwork origination is free of charge. We require a good quality black and white design plus letterhead if available - either paper copy or jpeg.
A paper copy of the artwork (actual size) will be sent for approval prior to printing a first order.
Screen printing charges are 50 pence per colour per print (+ vat) except where supplied free of charge. Print can be any colour - including metallic gold and silver.
There are no other screen charges.
Heat Transfer
Artwork origination is free of charge. We require a good quality back and white design plus letterhead if available - either paper copy or jpeg. A paper copy of the artwork (actual size) will be sent for approval prior to application on first order.
Heat transfer charges start at £2.50 (plus VAT). Individual initials and/or numbers can be transferred at a cost of £2.00.
Embroidery
We require a full colour sample of the required logo on paper or preferably jpeg.
A sew out will be provided prior to embroidering garments/bags.
Embroidery charges start at £2.00 per garment/bag + vat.
Individual names and/or numbers can be embroidered on bags for an additional £1.50 + vat.
Delivery Charges
Delivery to addresses on the UK mainland are free of charge provided minimum order quantities are met. Deliveries of less than minimum quantities are subject to a handling fee of £5.00 + vat.
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands and Channel Isles will be charged at cost.
Lead Times
Stock items are generally despatched within 2-3 weeks but lead times can vary according to decoration required. Non-stock items may take 12-14 weeks. Please contact us for an accurate estimate for your specific requirements.
VAT
Vat will be charged at the current rate on all bags and on clothing from age 14 upwards (32" or more).
Settlement Terms
Full settlement is required 30 days after date of invoice.
Individual Bag Sales
Unprinted individual bags can be ordered upon receipt of a cheque for the cost of the bag plus £5.00 handling (plus VAT). Goods will be despatched via our courier for next working day delivery to an address where a signature can be obtained. Please call customer services to check availability and costs.
Samples
Samples are provided on a 30 day sale or return basis.
